Q. How can I pay and do I need to pay when booking a jumping castle in Melbourne?

Payment can be made by cash or card on delivery. You can also pay by card when making your booking online or over the phone. We also accept Afterpay — simply write Afterpay in the notes section when booking. Afterpay must be arranged prior to your delivery date, otherwise cash or card will be required on the day.

Q. Can the jumping castle be set up on a slope?

Yes! Unless the slope is extreme this won't affect the jumping castle. If you're unsure about your yard, contact our Melbourne team and we'll talk you through it.

Q. Do I need to hire a generator?

All our jumping castles come with a blower which keeps the castle inflated at all times. The blower requires standard household power — we supply long extension leads included in the price. If you're having your party at a Melbourne park without access to power, you'll need a generator which we can hire for an additional cost — check our accessories page for options.

Q. How big are the jumping castles?

Our jumping castles range from 3x3m up to 7x7m. We recommend at least 0.5 metres of clearance around the castle — so for a 3x3m castle you'll need at least 3.5x3.5m of space. Each product page lists the exact dimensions and space required.

You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before delivery free of charge. Cancellations within 7 days incur a $50 fee. Same-day cancellations are charged the full hire amount — except in the case of heavy rain or high winds, for which there is no cancellation fee.

If your area isn't listed, give us a call and we'll do our best to help.

If we are unable to complete your delivery due to severe weather, vehicle failure, or any unforeseen circumstance, we'll notify you as early as possible and provide a full refund.

Please ensure there is adequate space for the castle, the setup area is accessible, and the ground has been cleared of debris. We are unable to provide refunds if delivery cannot be completed due to insufficient space or an unsuitable location.
